The 15th New issues in Security Course (NISC) graduation ceremony took place on 2 July 2014 at the GCSP. The ceremony began with a welcome address by the Director of the GCSP, Ambassador Christian Dussey, to the distinguished guests: the 15th NISC participants, senior representatives from Permanent Missions to the United Nations, families and friends.


Ambassador Tania Dussey-Cavassini, Vice-Director General, Ambassador for Global Health, Federal Department of Home Affairs (FDHA), Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH), Division of International Affairs, delivered the keynote speech: "NISC Closing: a healthy transition.”

Participants received Certificates in Global Peace and Security from Ambassador Dussey, Ambassador Dussey-Cavassini and the NISC Directors, Dr Christina Schori Liang and  Col (GS) Christian Bühlmann.
